tensazangetsu20:My analysis when I worked in recruitment in Nigeria was that any graduate who could ace graduate aptitude tests would get a job within a year. Interviews can be learnt on the go, but not aptitude tests. That is where the wheat is separated from the shaft. Ace 8 out of 10 tests and a good job is possible. Sadiqali24, your degree is even in Physics. Then math should not be your problem. Make sure you PUT IN ALL YOUR BEST in every aptitude test invite you get. Financial and professional service firms would be discriminatory towards your age, especially if you haven't done NYSC. So for that reason, I implore you target other sectors. BUA refinery and a host of firms within the refinery sub-sector would come online next year and in 2026. They would need employees, especially those with quant skills. Physics and math are the basis for quantitative skills. I rarely read those grads complain of unemployment. E get why. 1 Like |
