Woman Blames 'Posting Achievements Online' for Car Accident That Left Her Paralyzed"

A South African woman recently shared her heartbreaking story of being paralyzed from the neck down after a car accident, which happened shortly after she posted about her achievements online. Eyes Of Lagos reports,

Known as @Kalogo_Mojalefa on X, she explained that in 2023 she had proudly shared her award for top performance in her department. However, on her way home after her final exams, she was involved in a severe car accident, leaving her unable to move from the neck down. Reflecting on the experience, she now regrets posting her success, linking it to the tragedy.

The accident cut short her studies and prevented her from graduating, as she can no longer type or write to finish her research. Her journey included six months in the hospital, three of which were in the ICU, and four high-risk surgeries. At one point, her family was even called in to say goodbye as doctors feared for her life.

In a twist, she recently survived a second accident, humorously noting that only her side of the car was hit. Despite her struggles, she expressed gratitude for surviving both incidents, leaning on her faith to stay resilient.

“Snininini I didn’t wake up from one of my surgeries for one and a half hours. I had everyone stressed out. And the weird thing is I received a call from someone I can’t remember offering to pray for me before the surgery. The prayer was so weird that I ended up opening my eyes 👀.

“I forgot to mention that I got involved in another one 2 months ago 😂😂 ay shame. We were 5 in the car and only my side got hit 😂😂

Her misfortune is unrelated to her online post; the sooner she realizes this, the better for her.

Even if you don't have a SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT, VILLAGE PEOPLE will locate you if they want to. It's the only thing that Africans are good at; WITCHCRAFT.

My dad often says; "Hold on to God and do not waiver because if God be for you, no one can be against you".

Do we now stop being happy because there are certain people who made a convenant with the devil? Never!

I personally don't like posting stuff online because of billing, but my wife does and I don't stop her. Anyone who isn't happy that we're progressing should take the nearest jump into the river. But if na JUJU e wan use, that one no go work because I'm spiritually fortified.

A whole me? Omo Sheikh! Omo Baba Imam! Na we gangan village people dey fear.

Handwork of Anambra witches.

This is how they stopped Peter Obi and ipobidients from being the president.
They fail to understand that It is the turn of Yoruba.
We will rule all of you for a very long time.
If you don't like it, kindly relocate to Burundi or Malawi

Most times it's good to stay lowkey as It prevents one from unnecessary envy from others. But again there are lots of people that post their achievements online and nothing happens to them. Life just happens atimes also.

How can posting her achievements online be the cause of the accident?
What is the connection between what was posted online and the careless driver that was driving the vehicle?? Even though I'm not a fan of online noise, but if you like online noise, it is left for you.

Rest
We should have more paralysed people in the society by now based on what people post on Facebook, insta, LinkedIn etc. Posting your achievements online have no link with your calamity. A typical African mentality
