Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe recently shared her reasons for marrying movie marketer Kazim Adeoti, also known as Adekaz. In an interview with Nollywood on Radio, Aigbe explained that their shared goals in the film industry played a major role in her decision, as they both aim to build a successful production empire together. Eyes Of Lagos reports,

“One reason I married him is that we’re in the same industry. Together, we’re building something big. I felt I needed someone to collaborate with, and he understands the business too,” she shared.

Their marriage, which made Aigbe a second wife, sparked public discussion, particularly as it was her third marriage. Tensions also arose with Adeoti’s first wife, Funsho, who recently barred him from her 50th birthday celebration.

Despite the controversies, Aigbe emphasized her commitment to the future they are creating in Nollywood.

No wonder they don't stay long in marriage. How do u WIFE a H.OE for chrissake? Just kook at the reason she gave for marrying the man. Truth is most ladies claim to be independent but they are the most lazy and dependent creature that God ever made. No wonder he created them last. God had a very difficult time deciding if to create them or not.
