Please I need your advice. Aside my BSc. certificate, I have a two-year diploma certificate and statement of result from an higher institution which was affiliated to the University of Benin. The certificate was issued by Uniben (Institute of Public Administration and Extension Service).

Unfortunately, I laminated these two documents years ago. Is it advisable to add it to my application ? I doubt if embassy would legalize it. Or should i let go and concentrate only on my BSc certificate ?

I am just starting too but so far this what I have gathered online.

Transcript. (Send to Ministry of Education)
Bsc Certificate
SSCE certificate.
Eligibility Letter. (Ministry of Education)
Declaration of Age. (High Court)
Use Declaration of Age to get Attestation from National Population Commission.
Marriage Certificate.
International Passport.

Go to Ministry of Education with those documents.
Go to Ministry of Foreign Affairs when you are done with Ministry of Education.
Legalize only documents needed by the school.

RP.
Admission letter.
Police character.
Questionnaire.
Bank Statement. 13,000 Euros.
Tuition Payment Receipt.
Travel Insurance. Starts from Date of travel.
International Passport.
Legalized Documents.

VISA D.
Travel Insurance.
Flight reservation.
International Passport.

This should be a guide. I am still trying to get my transcript sent to Ministry of Education.

I don’t even know why you people are creating meaningless WhatsApp groups for something that’s as clear as daylight what other information could you possibly need that’s not already been said. Just follow the due process and submit your complete documents if you have any questions you can always call or email the embassy they respond very fast. It’s as simple as that

They don’t know the country they’re looking to get into there’s no shortcut you either submit the right documents and follow the process yourself or forget about it because Austria will take their time to go through your stuff meticulously. Unless they’re discussing schools to apply and cities to live in Austria I don’t see the need of the WhatsApp groups tbf

yeah was thinking it schools to apply..... didn't know it was still about the authentication and verification thing... which they are Intending to use to fleece pple of their mony....... they remove u from the group if they knw you know their motive ... ... you all have to be careful though....
