I couldn't believed my eyes when I received my last month nepa bill. Could you believe me that NEPA people are owing me about #7000. They only charge me 500# every month and I have been paying 1k. And now they are owing me about 7k. This the only place I will say that Nigeria govt is somehow trying for me

Seems they Don't read my meter. D thing also surprised me. I have fridge which I on always and a TV set and about 10 bobs in The house
