It is telling that no one is talking about how many millions of dollars Dangote will have to dole out in lawsuits settlements to compensate the families.
Elsewhere their families are automatic dollar millionaires - one of the big disadvantages of being in Nigeria!

Millions of dollars? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.....if any of the families get 10 million naira make them thank their stars .....
Most of those cases are settled outta court.......

Most of these huge truck drivers are usually impatient and outright stupid.

It is cause of brake failure that I think government should be stringent on those establishing markets along express road.

In Nigeria they get slaps on the wrist, and that's why these careless deaths keep happening. Really sad

Of course, in Nigeria.....they get slaps on the wrist......
I know of three cases like that .....2 of them didn't get a penny , because the case keep dragging and they gave up....
But the other one said , they collected about 1.8 million naira . I think in 2014 or 2015 , if I am not mistaken. Out of court settlement

The google answer is also settlement out of court. If a company like Dangote dares go to court in a clearly negligent case like this we could be talking hundreds of millions of dollars!

Do you know that many cases of awarded compensation, most compensation were not paid ? I know of several cases .....the cases keep dragging. At the end of the day. Nothing was paid ....

It is you who is claiming that there is God, needs to prove it, you are the one assuming and trying to convince me that there is an invincible being which no one on this earth has seen. You are making weird assumptions, with no single proof of a supernatural being anywhere. If there is no car parked in your compound, you can clearly see that there is no car by default. If I claim that there is an invincible car, when you can clearly see there is no car, you will tell me to prove to you that there is an invincible car, because by default no one on this earth that comes to that compound will see an invincible car, cause there is no physical car parked there. I need to prove to you that there is an actual car, either by opening the door and you sit inside the car yourself

I know you're right. With our corrupt Judiciary, they'd just keep adjourning for all sorts of ridiculous reasons till they'd dismiss such a clear case for some stupidly technical reason!
