it seems you don't know anything about building. Let's talk about only the decking. Suppose it is 2 units of three bedroom flat. 400-450 units of 12mm steel rods at N9600\unit. Roughly 70 units of 16mm TMT rods for the beams at a cost of 22k\unit. 60 units of 8mm rods for the stirrup at around 6kper unit. Binding wire will be roughly 80k. Ironwork Workmanship 350k-400k. For the wood work, roughly 320 units of 1by12by18 because the building has cantilevers at an average of N8500\unit, 130 units of 2by3by18 at roughly 2kper unit. 250-300 units of bamboo at 1k\unit. 2 bags of 4" nails at 31k per bag, 2 bags of 3" nails at 31k per bag. 1 bag of 2" nails at 32k\bag. Saw miller workmanship around 10k. Loading, offloading, tfare and polythene work around 200k-250k. Carpenter workmanship 350k-400k. Plumbing work and electrical work workmanship and materials inclusive roughly 800k. Granite roughly 30tons at 600k. 3-4 trips of 15ton sand at 65k\trip. Water and other minor expenses 100k. Concrete work fee roughly 300k. Total all these and tell us how much. Quality concrete decking cost an average of N13m now days, the iron work alone bears the highest cost.
