Space X is an private company. America is not able to maintain a functional space program despite budgeting billions for it every year. They're simply embezzling it all. Read my comment and make sense of it. America as a country is going down in all spheres including space exploration. Although they've always depended on Russia on their ISS visitis, they're getting more and more dependent each day. If you're current and know how America dependw on Russian cosmonauts you won't type that nonsense.
