I refuse to understand why wike is hell bent on protecting his so called "structure" instead of infrastructures in that state if not for his selfish gain and to cover previous tracks he is afraid anti graft agency might uncover.
He is only trying to trade independent governance for his cover.

He can only buy time and enjoy it's luxury while it last. But will surely be called to question afterwards should there be the manifestation of a reason.

What if every former governor had "structures" to protect in that state?
How would the state's affairs be like by now?

Na big thief, the Governor really escaped. His greed was unquantifiable, the amount he was collecting was outrageous while the governor kept quite. Imagine the governor declaring he realized more than 2.5 times the IGR wike declared just 3 months after wike left by doing nothing. He didn't increase tax or do a media drive for tax to be payed , just imagine what that dude was pocketing and that's majorly where he uses to maintain his structure (gangs of thieves in corridors of power).
