Please can someone tell me this kind of rash and how it can be treated. I read online it’s called shingle rash. What causes it and how can be treated.

Looks like scabies, add salt to warm water and use it to clean it twice a day, if there is no changes after 3 days visit a dermatologist.

I saw my doctor and I ran a test. It’s a viral infection called shingles rash/herpes zoster. It’s not a bacteria infection so antibiotics can’t cure it but a viral infection. Am currently on Acyclovir medication. Thank you all for your advice.

You got genetal herpes. Who did you have sex with last? Did you lick his pen*is? That’s the fastest way to get it. It has no cure; you’d just have to reduce the breakout frequency with acyclovir. When you have a breakout; avoid sleeping with someone in other not to spread it
