And if you know Benin in particular so well, Benin city has one of the best road network in the whole of Nigeria but most of the roads are Bad's. 5 different governors focusing on roads only can't fix all Benin roads

Countries have long moved on to more advanced developmental projects, but here it's still all about roads, bridges and flyovers.
