You see how sensible nations choose their ministers of health They don't restrict it to medical doctors but choose seasoned politicians who will now galvanize the various professional groups in health to deliver wholesome healthcare!

Bros, its funny when Nigerians think that you must have a degree in a field to be able to run a ministry in that particular area. All you need is to surround yourself with experts in that area and make good policies. That's how things work in that part of the world. The fact that you are medical doctor does not mean you know how to run a ministry of health for goodness sakes. The same goes for other ministries. You just need to be someone who knows how to manage and run an organization and minister effectively irrespective of his background. Simple as that.
