The man knows more economics than most people in Nigeria. The solution is to auction off the refineries instead of continuing to sink money into them. In addition, they should also allow anyone who wants to open a refinery to do so. That way you drive down prices of oil. If we truly became a free market economy Nigeria will truly prosper.
