you're the one bent on not seeing the bigger picture. In the parable of the lost sheep, what did Jesus teach? He kept the other sheeps and went after the lost one.

Rather than the pastor to go after the lost sheep whose phone rang, he abandoned both the good sheeps and the lost sheep. Christianity is humility!

One thing I know Sir is that the spirit of God cannot contradict itself, the apostle would have still preach that day and bless the people of God instead of that display, to me its ungodly cos Jesus faced more and stiffer opposition during his earthly ministry and he never walk out on the people except they reject his word.

Modified: Haven seen his previous videos from years back on this matter of phone ringing, and also the recent one where he walked out, I don't think he is wrong. In short, I agree with him. He has been preaching about the need for discipline in the body of Christ and why we need to show reverence to God's word when we come for it. Eventhough I think the person whose phone rings should be asked to leave instead of the whole congregation paying for one person's carelessness, he said he finds it difficult to ascend in the spirit when there are phone distractions. So even if the person at fault leaves, he won't still be able to impart much on the congregation( though God can be merciful).

My conclusion is that disciplinary measures like this may appear cold and unloving but at the end they would prove effective.

The guy have not even started preaching when the phone rang,
