Good morning bosses

I collected some lectures videos from someone to my phone and the file size is 27g then transfer it to my laptop.

So I decided to the check the video then watch unfortunately the system freezed when I was watching the video so I just pressed the power button to switch it off it went off then I switch it on back the laptop wasn't display only the keyboard light is on .

Please what could have happened to my laptop

Please help me as soon as possible

You'll have to use another RAM, it is important.

Goodevening Boss, what could be the problem, my MacBook screen got spoilt and I tried displaying on HDMI Monitor but its displaying the mac wallpaper only and not the cursor nor the sign in page

Corrupt OS files or errors in HDD/SSD.

Backup and reinstall the OS

I need contact of a good engineer that can help me check out my laptop (charging port). I'm in Lagos.

@ Udemzyudex someone advised me to get an external cooling fan which I can connect to my laptop during heavy usage,to prevent it from getting too hot and shut down,since the laptop fan is no longer blowing well. He said if I want to replace the fan,I might have to order the default Heatsink fan from overseas because it's scarce.
I have ordered one on jumia, it has 6 fans of 3 different sizes,the smallest has 1900RPM,the medium is 2100RPM or so, while the largest has 2600RPM.
I saw several brands with RPM of between 900 and 1200, but I decided to go for that one because it has higher fan speed and will give more air to the CPU.

You may just need to clean the fan of your system. Overtime it attracts dust and other things that clog it up. Also make sure you place it in a flat rigid surface always. Avoid surfaces like bed, pillow, cloth etc.

Please help me, my laptop always hang when in use, and my friend suggested I format it and since then the system always shut down, even the hard drive is booting up the laptop unless I change the drive,if I on it and leave it some minutes it will shut down by itself.please help.

Kindly specify your location to know if there’s any tech guy in this section that can assist in servicing or replacement of your fan. NB: there is a slight dent on the edge and just a small part of the casing is broken. Laptop was in a bag when the bag cut off and fell hence the dent. It did not affect anything tho. That can be covered with a black tape and you're good to go.
