Iamoyindamola, I think The Penguin is overrated. I've been seeing people referring to it as 9.5/10, 10/10, etc....but after watching it I think those people are overrating it.

It's a good watch obviously, but it's not as solid as they are making it seem.

I enjoyed the first 5 episodes of The day of the jackal; in fact I enjoyed it more than the Penguin sef. When will the remaining episodes be realeased abeg?

Please share me any other series link wey make sense wey u fit recommend.

i pirate adobe, and i pirate pdf xchange so i haven't used pdf-gear per se. but i recommend it for people who may have difficult pirating software.

i am also for want of a better word, a heavy/advanced user. i watermark documents, i redact documents, i highlight documents, i rasterize documents [to make it harder to convert back ] , i acquire info from locked documents. i regularly merge and take apart pdfs.

i have also occasionally carefully re edited documents [ i helped a friend who was interviewing for a 2m a month job tweak his payslip to help his negotiations]

it depends on what you are going for. but i recommended the app to people here and they seem very happy with it.

you are going to have to download it and find out if it suits your needs - as i don't know exactly what you are planning on doing

true detective season 1 is a masterpiece

i think you may not be enjoying the penguin because you dont have that much interest in the source material and so you are going in completely cold

andor is a fantastic tv show - but if you do not follow the star wars universe it will look like boring warmed over sci-fi.

Not doing nothing major, but I want the ability to edit pdfs, convert them to Excel, Word etc. It's not a pressing need but sometimes I get Consulting work that involves pdfs. Presently I send them to my work email and use my companies Adobe to do what I need, but I want to keep my Consulting separate from my Paid employment

pdf xchange will do the conversion to office docs . you pay and you get two years maintenance plan. i havent tried pdf gear for conversion but it definitely allows for editing. you can try it and confirm. also ms word imports and edits pdfs [non scanned ones]

if you are feeling adventurous i can send you a cracked pdf xchange.

as a so so techie , i dey fear all in one monitor pc because repair can be wahala. and as i am getting oldeer, i want to do repair sharp sharp rather than spend all day taking a machine apart.

also as much as possible, go for the corporate brand name models. they are built for abuse and quick end user repair

most of these devices get hot because they have not been properly cleaned of dust. same applies to laptops

Not exactly the same. Zenith Bank unlike Heritage is publicly traded. The audited books are everywhere. It will be obvious to everyone if the bank was in distress. Banks do no just become insolvent overnight and as of today and the foreseeable future, Zenith bank is absolutely safe.

After your matches, At the press conference. you can call out the team owners to join their teams too and show their football skills even if its a 5mins cameo.

I don't think this has anything to do with Saraki's interest in the bank.

It's normal for companies to have funds with different banks. It's only because heritage failed that is making it seem like Multichoice was wrong having funds with them. Banks employ well paid relationship managers who run after companies' finance team for funds placement.

Multichoice may have x5 of that amount with bigger banks like UBA, Zenith, Access, StanbicIBTC, etc.

The only issue here is why does a big company like Multichoice not see heritage bank was sick and didn't pull out their funds early?

Interest on a $24m rolling balance in this current high rate fiscal environment is enticing.
The guy(s) who signed off on depositing with HB def made bank.

Not true.

Their total cash portfolio in Nigeria was just around $39m. Plus there is reason why concentration risk is avoided among companies with good financial/risk management practices
