Any day can be chosen to commemorate an event - e.g. Christmas day - the day of Jesus' birth.

This message was specific. It was directed to the hypocrites, the Pharisees. That was the only time Jesus talked about tithe

Even though I'm a born again Christian, I have deeply been embarrassed by the myriads of nonsense spewed by so called Christain leaders recently to justify the scam called tithes. It's obvious to the blind that we Christians are gullible and our religion has been commercialized by these pulpit bandits parading as religious leaders. I wish the federal government can rescue the remaining sane Christians by placing a ban on Christianity till further notice.

Sometimes I envy those Muslims because their religion is not money focused and not controversial like we Christians.
