Ladipo market is in Mushin LGA of Lagos state. Mushin LGA is taking over this Ladipo market which is located within its area. Naturally, this shouldn't raise any eyebrows. Neither of Peter Obi and Ezekwesili live or come from this area. In fact, none of them come from Lagos state. But as it is now, each of them will soon organise press conferences to discuss and criticise this decision, which is in the best interest of both the traders and residents of Mushin and, by extension, Lagos state. Meanwhile, a famous Christian music composer, Jude Nnam, was reportedly kidnapped recently in Anambra, Peter Obi's state of origin and acclaimed residence. It was also reported that ipob terrorist group killed 5 Anambrarians last Monday while enforcing sit-at-home. Yet, till this very minute, neither of Peter Obi and Obi Ezekwesili has deemed it necessary to be worried about this, even on X. If hypocrisy were a human being. |

Rubbish as usual Yorubas have been collecting levies from that market and every other market in Lagos. Igbo traders have been paying without any form of resistance So in the small election they want to have to appoint a leader to oversee the market affairs is now a problem? In a market made of 95% igbos? Not that they won't still be paying taxes and levies to their hosts as usual? Na wa oooo. So in a cattle market in Lagos, they will also have a problem with hausas appointing their leaders? When there are lots of markets in the north that either igbis or yorubas are leaders there Tribalism and stupidity have never been this bad |

PulaPower:They are hausas not aboki. If u want to respond to me, call tribes by their names am no bigot or tribal hater like you Now what the relationship between what you typed there and mushin taking over the market? And how is it your business what in traders' election matters? What's mushin's business If not to collect tax and levies and ensure the marker activities don't negatively impact their LG? |
| Re: Ladipo Market: Mushin LG Takes Over Market by PulaPower: 6:40am On Nov 20, 2024 |
Zionmdde:The traders paying levies came to report to the local government about how Chuwkuwma wants to conduct a fraudulent election and the local government took actions on behalf of the traders.. Now, the traders are going to do proper voting and elect their favorite candidate.. Ensuring there’s sanity in the market is non-negotiable.. |

Ordinary market association with how many members Are those also politicians? When are we going to question the community producing the same crops of people from politicians to yahoo boys, Oloshos, criminals? Why should there be more building of churches and mosques when the morality is decaying in the country? Who are those religious people been preaching to? |

Sigh... Africans and Power sha. If this is happening at market level within a location in a state, just imagine if these ones got as far as Governorship or Presidency. I learned that thugs were employed by student 'politicians' during a faculty electoral process... Not even SUG o! I will keep saying it... Something is seriously wrong with most Nigerians! ![]() |

Richtaiwo:That is why you shouldn't support a bad leader. Since you can't deny that Tinubu is a scum bag, you will spend the rest of your life trying to prove parity by painting others as bad people. |

People from the South East with double standards, what they benefit in other regions, no one benefit from their own region, A man from the South East can be market chairman in other region but a man in other region cannot be Market chairman in the south East. The idiot was given market chairman and he still went on to cause problem, that's a typical man from the South East. |

If we don't fight aggressively, assertively and radically against the propaganda war South East nationalists and their allies have launched against the Yoruba race, our children will visit the internet in 20 years and believe that their parents were evil and wicked. What we are doing is sanitising the internet footprints of the Yoruba race for the coming generation. They will read about me and hear the truths from me and other Yoruba conservatives. We are in the age of social media politics and psychological warfare. Yoruba people, stand your ground!!!!!!- Aare Kurumi. |
