Scanfrost, your home brand opened its first exclusive brand shop in the electronic hub of Allen Avenue Ikeja, Lagos. This is the first of several brand shops that will be rolled out across the country in the year.

The event which was chaired by the Managing Director Mr. Maneesh Nanda, had the Group CEO Mr. Sunil Gupte as the special guest along with other senior executives from the company.

The store, located at 87 Allen Avenue Ikeja, a premium high street marketplace for consumer electronics in the Commercial Capital, will be spread across 2600 square feet of retail space and will host all Scanfrost appliances and electronics like gas cookers, chest freezers, LED Televisions, Air Conditioners, Air Coolers, bottle coolers, Laundry, microwave ovens and small appliances like blenders, kettles, food processors etc. The store showcases superior quality, cost optimization and serene shopping experience packaged ready for all consumers. The showroom also has a dedicated service center facility. There will be in house, on ground engineers to attend to all service queries. All component accessories will also be made available to provide prompt service responses.

The store is a franchise arrangement between Scanfrost and one of its loyal partners Onay J. Ventures. During the inauguration Mr. Nanda reiterated that “Scanfrost is committed to partnership that works and enhances the experience of our customers regularly. The store is going to be one of many partnerships and franchising agreement Scanfrost and its several customers by helping them realise their business expansion vision while Scanfrost ensures that its many brand users have ease with accessing their choice brand for purchases and after sales experience. Mr. Nanda further reiterated that “Combined with our after sales service excellence these brand shops will set a whole new experience for our customers and partners consistently. There is more in the works for our customers.”

Mr. Gupte the group CEO mentioned that “This is the first of several stores which will set a new benchmark in terms of how consumers experience and buy Scanfrost products and technology across Nigeria. This store is a testimony to our commitment to our consumers and partners, and our endeavor is to offer an enhanced experience to everyone.”

Mr. Oni the CEO of Onay J. Ventures could not hold back his excitement as he stated that “Prior to the official opening of the store, he had many loyal Scanfrost customers besiege the store to purchase their choice products. He further stated that “Many of the customers were thrilled that the brand was nearer home and that the after sales experience in this dedicated store was also a welcome idea. He further encouraged other customers and partners with the Scanfrost brand to get into the swing as there was room for everyone going by the demand and sales in the first week of operation.

Existing customers can also come to the store for troubleshooting and customer support; this is where Scanfrost comes ahead of its peers. They’ll handle whatever else you might be contending with.
