If you left service at 60 years in 2003, you should be 81 year now. Only God's grace will still keep you until you are 96 years in fifteen years time.

As at then, PENCOM would be the agency handling retirement matters. What would be the role of PTAD in 15 years time when the pre-2004 retirees are all dead?

There is what is called Federal Character in Nigeria.
Nigeria is a more diverse country than the U.S.
Donald Trump appointments are from people spread across the country.
He is not appointing only Texans and Floridians to government positions because those two states voted for him

You lack wisdom & knowledge but quick to show your stupidity. You should have asked for clarity. Some pensioners of defunct agencies such as NITEL were not up to 60 (some less than 50 sef), as at the time they were disengaged but were graciously placed on pension by Buhari.

That's an unfair assessment. There are people who are still under 70 years in that group. Even those who are already 70 can live for more than 15 years.

Just imagine if Ironsi had moved swiftly and put Igbos in all the key positions in the armed forces and beyond. Directly or indirectly, Igbos will likely still be rulling Nigeria till today. That's what Tinubu is trying to set up!
