Why is the Nigeria police and soldiers wicked to Nigeria citizens?
Behaving crudely as uncivilized uniform men.
They usually react to complainant backed with money to act without investigation.

Very corrupt set of people.

In Israel ,a one country army, guns everywhere among the people but people are never scared because of zero tolerance to corruption.

But here in Nigeria is the opposite.
People are scared just seeing a person carrying AK 47 in civilian space
