No all cases cos there are court processes..... Start's from the high court, if not ok you move to court of appeal then to supreme Court for final judgement. But cases can be brought directly to the Supreme Court for the first time through original jurisdiction, which typically involves disputes between states or cases involving ambassadors or public ministers.
