This is what Churches should be doing.
They should go into agriculture and manufacturing to generate employment for it's member.
They should stop relying on tithes and offerings.

If he spends more on education, it is part of what is called “human capital development”. He helps society to get better. He helps citizens to get educated and have brighter futures.
