I would advise anyone to go for physical submission instead of DHA.... Just my own opinion.

I was refused ooo ... second time in almost 2 weeks. I thought if I reapplied and address the issue of certified bank statement , it would work .. but those people came back to tell me my vaccination is invalid... LOL.... I feel like reapplying just so I can write a letter to show my anger ( joking)

Give it time.

This is crazy and very ridiculous excuse to refuse someone.

But you've learned two things from the two applications, which is not to take chances, make sure you provide everything including what may not be required

Please experienced S.A travellers. Has anyone used paid Airbnb booking at the point of entry. Ive heard about their immigration been strict about paying for hotels before stamping you in. I want to know if an airbnb booking will suffice. Thanks

There seem to be a lot more denials with the E-visa. For now, I think the vsf physical submission is the way to go.

You are right ... please guys , try as much as possible to avoid DHA...I gave all docs and I was rejected twice within 2 weeks with absolutely gibberish reasons.

Go and do physical/sticker. If you really do want to attend the programme.

I have an invitation to attend a conference in SA as a panelist. I iused the DHA eVisa portal and until now, it’s still reading “Awaiting Adjudication outcome “.

But I’m checking on Nairaland (should have checked before I used the online portal 🤦🏽‍♂️) and some persons are saying physical application is usually better.

Is it possible to still go to their office and apply? Or do I wait until I get a response from them? My flight is on 7th Dec., 2024, so I don’t know if I still have the luxury of time.
