"They said Dangote refinery would crash the dollars and make petrol cheaper since there won't be importation. Nigeria needs a selfless and God fearing leader.
This is one of the strategies to reduce the purchasing power of Nigerians. May God Almighty deliver us.
They said and we believed them. We are the problem.

They'll say another thing in 2027, and we will believe again.

The indices are not showing good signs. Why is the president and his handlers so comfortable with this present dollar to naira?

Why are they so comfortable that Nigerians are going through so much pains and stress?

Companies are folding up and prices of goods and services are skyrocketing

Hmmmmm.... It's not getting any better.
..the solution is to peg the naira against the dollars..not floating of the naira causing naira to depreciate everyday..its a pity

Tinubu this your harsh policies of floating of the naira is the one causing the naira to depreciate.. pegging of the naira against the dollars will appreciate the naira against the dollars and reduce the costs of fuel and reduce the poverty, hunger, hardship, inflation, high costs of living nigerians are facing now .. floating of the naira can only work out perfectly if Nigeria is a producing country and economy..can't work out in a consuming economy and palliative economy as Nigeria is now

Now? It's always also been called parallel market.
Point is, you don't HEAR it anymore. A whole sprawling industry of BDC's and abokis everywhere changing money have disappeared!
Yes we still hear about it.

They are comfortable because they are immune to the consequences of their incompetence.

They have created enough barriers to ensure that they themselves are not affected by thier incompetent decisions and actions.

Aside from the reckless looting they do, all their needs are subsidised by the masses. What they say the masses should not enjoy, they make sure they enjoy it a thousand fold.

So, they are comfortable and do not care what the masses are suffering as long as thier own interest is catered for.

Then, borrow trillions of dollars to defend naira, then borrow again to pay back the loans.
