my problem is if it is illegal in Islam, why don't you fight your Islam brothers that gamble rather than disturb people that gamble from being able to do so. If you can't convince your adherents to stop gambling, then the problem is you.

How do you define gambling? How do you differentiate between gambling and investment? Do you consider stock trading gambling or investment? What of FX, cryptocurrency, options, commodities, etc trading, are they gambling or investment?
