Kendrick is gaming the game. I think it’s the combination of funkadelic sounds and his supreme confidence in delivery that African-Americans like, and the rest of the world is just copying them.

The guy is just not that nice. Too many forced rhyme schemes. He delivers wack lines with supreme confidence though. I give him that.

That's my problem with Kendrick. He's a supreme fraudster marketing himself as what he's not.

He makes pop rap but riding the coattails of Compton/West Coast, his voice is terrible and irritating, he rhymes off beat, he forces end rhymes, and he says nothing at all, no quotables ever. He is terrible.
