ishiamu: Promise47: hammed71: pansophist:Thank you all for the contributions. I would like to seek your advice also and necessary steps to legally remain in Europe. I currently hold a working visa on 9 months engagement in Paderborn which is extendable upon performance evaluation and luckily my spouse who's yet to get an offer but granted visa. What's the channels for her to use in seeking for job within or outside Paderborn? Also, what your advice as a backup in case the extension becomes challenging? |

wallmosh:Your spouse should apply for a language school, or a degree program in portugal. Then after she has lived there for at least four months, impregnate her. So when she give birth, she must have lived in portugal for at least one year. Portugal is the only European country that gives citizenship by birth to children if at least one of their parents are resident in portugal for at least a year when the baby is born. So with a Portuguese child, you and your wife have the right to live in any country in the EU permanently under directive 2004/ec/58. Thank me later |
