Samsung s series and their screen problem wahala. With expensive and mighty phones comes bigger issues.

Have same on mine too not long after I updated to android 12

Overheating due to software update bugs which usually happen after warranty....This Sammy's doings for you to either upgrade or buy their most expensive replacement parts.
That's their business strategy. They do it on purposes

Change the screen else the line will keep increasing

Note that the original screen of s21 ultra cost 210k

If you register with Samsung care plus when you bought the phone, they will give you up to 40% discount

Instead of me to change screen for 200k+ I will rather buy s22 ultra
