Guys I want to ask for a favor, anyone who can track this (Neche)girls parent, i bet they don't know what their daughter is involved in, when i told her i'm willing to help her, she sounded like an unremorseful witch. She's committing a serious crime, knowing that is a military country, it's death sentence straight. Please if you are good, drop your email,I will reach out and give the necessary details.

Continuation....

This girls heading across the border should be 16, 17 at most 18 I saw them wearing hijab. So I asked one of them, where are they heading to, she said with a thick Igbo accent, "Mali" I said okay, so I asked what are you going there for? She replied "supermarket job" I was perplexed at such offer to travel all the way from Nigeria, when there's so many good paying sales attendant jobs in pH or Abuja. And she followed up with an assurance to convince me she's on the right track, "the job, they will pay in dollars and my cousin already paid for my transportation, when I work, he will deduct from my salary" seems this one has been brainwashed. Make I face my own problem .

At this point, the red flags was all over, I said to myself, dude, we're being trafficked by different syndicates. I've made this journey so far, I have to finish and see what the end will be.

Exactly 4:45pm Usman our driver drove into the park, he has finished with the documentation and license plate issue.
He said with his broken English, "money finish, take bike and... Immediately I cut in, Usman I'm not taking any bike, enough of all this hide and seek, I have a passport, if you can not drive me along, give me my balance I will take a bus to my destination. I didn't care if he understood or not but he understands I was angry and wasn't taking any bike. So he replied " take bike you dodge police but if you say you enter, you keep money for bribe, 2,000 CFA. I said no problem I will pay just start moving, I was already exhausted, remember it's my 4th day on the road no good sleep.

The other guy also joined me, but the lady didn't have money to pay so she took bike that will cut across police check point.

I want to briefly say, Nigerian police is the best compare to this francophone countries police. From Benin to Togo to Burkina Faso, their police are 100x corrupt and fanstatical bribe takers. So shameless. How can you ask an ECOWAS passport holder to pay 1,000 CFA just like that. Every checkpoint the driver had to pay.

After driving for almost 2hrs, it was getting dark, we had to stop and get something to eat, I bought yam and bottle water to keep me hydrated and energetic. We continued our journey until we arrived at the capital of Burkina Faso, ougadogu.

I have never been more disappointed than I was when I reached the capital, I was confused. The capital is nothing to write home about. Even the worst state in North, Beat a whole country capital 10x.

Now this is the interesting part, the driver was supposed to deliver me, yes I used the word delivery because, I was a package to be delivered. So I was supposed to be delivered to my benefactor at Bobo doulasou not ougadogu but Usman said, he's not going to Bobo doulasou because he needs to deliver the car to the owner.

He said he will book a bus to take us to Bobo doulasou but not that night because it was late. that we should sleep at the park. I was not sure if what I just heard. I burst again, sleep where, oya give me the money, so I can book and get to my destination, because I was already tired. He said, "bus don't move at that time because Boko haram disturb there and if I don't relax, I will risk my life. Immediately I heard that, I just humble.

Now Usman is having a little stand off with the girl (onome) he said thee person that said he should carry her from Cotonou is owing 12,000 CFA and should balance up or he will seize her bags. I watched them exchange words back and forth. All I wanted was to sleep. I enquired about an hotel around, a taxi driver was called to take I and the other guy to any hotel to sleep for the night. The driver took us to a brothel, we were angry, the language barrier didn't allow us to express more, we said no olosho, just hotel to sleep. He nodded like he understood, the werey carry us turn the whole ougadogu until it clocked 1am we told him to take us to the park.

While we're looking for hotel to sleep,my benefactor was already buzzing my phone, trying to know where I was and was angry at Usman for not delivering me on time. I bet she couldn't wait to get hold of my money.

OP nice share!!!

No one is too intelligent or smart to fall for scam…I remember my experience in Onitsha, while heading to Enugu.

As a man always pray for grace, he get why our Lord’s Prayer asked us…”To pray not to fall into temptation, but deliver us from all evils”

God bless you real good for this advice. Yet the average Nigerian will never listen. If its not Europe or America, you're on a very long thing. Nigeria is one hundred times better than those shithole African and Arab countries. Na suffering full there. Talking from experience

This same mentality was why young Nigerian women got disgraced when they dipped their feet into a swimming pool where Moroccans were inside. As their feet got inside, the Moroccans hurriedly left the pool for the Nigerian women.

This is what we've been preaching on Nairaland - Francophone countries are notoriously poor! The wealthiest countries in Africa ARE ALL ANGLOPHONES! When Namibia starts exporting crude oil, that would be an addition.

Nigeria Is the best in Africa, an average south African can't build his own decent home. Make government provide us with light and water, see wetin we go do.
The arrogance comes out again! Honestly, for a country so poor with security crises here and there, Nigerians are too arrogant! Damn! Americans and Chinese are loud and somewhat pompous, but they have money and functioning societies. But Nigeria?

South Africa is the only African country better than Nigeria, and Black South Africans (to be specific) can own their homes with piped water, not Geepee tanks, and access to basic amenities that are out of reach of most Nigerians. Also, Black South Africans are the second wealthiest group of black people globally after African Americans. More black dollar millionaires, and dollar millionaires in South Africa than in Nigeria.
