Good, but the constitution says that we have freedom of association |
| Re: Bayelsa State Bans Ethnic, Tribal Traders’ Associations In its Markets by adioolayi(m): 3:18pm On Nov 24, 2024 |
Better .. It's wrong to have a tribal based traders association anywhere... Every traders association should only be differentiated by what they trade ..not by their tribe. That's how best to mitigate against tribally influenced price inflations |
| Re: Bayelsa State Bans Ethnic, Tribal Traders’ Associations In its Markets by Sleekfingers: 3:20pm On Nov 24, 2024 |
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 But under the constitution. They are free to do so..... |

Sleekfingers:They are not saying they can't form an association of what they trade...the caveat her is....it shouldn't be tribe based. |

Warrior99:As in. Even the media will overlook it and it won’t generate any noise. If na one Yoruba state do that, you go don see the governor Dey roam about media stations dey answer useless question on what he is doing. Bigotry keyword go don Dey fly left and right. |

adioolayi:Even if it is tribe base. They are free to do so under the constitution. The freedom of association has covered it all ........And there is nothing wrong with that. Inasmuch, it is still in good taste and not promoting any hate speeches etc Even in the United States, there are association of black farmers , etc |

Ah! Biafla! They are evelywhere but don't want people on their land! Go buy land and see how they'll inflate plice for ummunna! Alaigbo! Anambala/Imo must be chairman! Same must be deputy chairman! Abia/ Enugu can be secletary! Tleasuler must also be Anambala/Imo. Ebonyi would settle for task force aka chief whip! |
| Re: Bayelsa State Bans Ethnic, Tribal Traders’ Associations In its Markets by MadamExcellency: 3:32pm On Nov 24, 2024 |
LegendHero:There is nothing that correlates with Yoruba in this article. Bayelsa is a State, not an ethnic group. Moreover, the freedom of Association overrides whatever was said by the Deputy Governor. You are too xenophobic to compete and succeed. |
| Re: Bayelsa State Bans Ethnic, Tribal Traders’ Associations In its Markets by JAWBONE(m): 3:33pm On Nov 24, 2024 |

These associations are the backbone of igbo traders, these associations are formed by igbos to help each other , it's more of a culture to igbos why ban it? |
