I once worked in a construction company owned by a man, I was his right hand man, and he was giving me story about joining him to enjoy when the company gets big. I just laughed cos na bobo. Black man no get that mentality, na only dem and bloodline dem know, no matter wetin you do. Abroad, dem go make you partner, here, you remain an employee till you kpai. And if they sense you've served for too long and contributed immensely to the success of the organisation, they feel threatened, not by you taking the company from them, but in making you part owner, however small that share is.
