Nigeria population is overwhelming at the lowest class. My neighbor with 5 kids, no work. Them just dey sit for verandah. Like, legislation needs to be enforced especially in rural areas. If you give kids more than you can Carter be prepared to cater for them by any means including cleaning gutter, washing public toilets and sweeping roads else the government should take custody of those kids.
