There's nothing much you can do if it's this type of big roaches,they come from outside....

I've heard that a mixture of equal parts baking soda and sugar is deadly to them. Can't find baking soda but my brother says he used baking powder and it worked.

For now, wall geckos are decimating them, before I launch an attack on them too.

I also used Green leaf powder for a while. It's very effective.

If you buy Sniper insecticide spray,there is this gel they give you for free,it works perfectly.

*Buy sniper and pour the content into your toilet(s), then flush to kill the roaches inside the soak away.
* Green leaf (that's the name) is another alternative. You can get it from traders that sell insecticide. It comes in sachet and each cost N200.

Be like na all those small small German cockroach dey your house, mixed sniper with water make you use am spray everywhere for your kitchen, all of them must die.

Onion is their favorite, if possible, remove...

First of all, buy sniper mix it with water and flush all the toilets in your house with it.

Then buy Original 'green leaf powder' and pour it in all the corners of your kitchen, under the kitchen sink etc. do this once in a week and you will see great result.

There is this roaches paste made by Sniper. That helps a lot.

They have a source from OUTSIDE (usually a toilet).

To reduce the problem, wash all plates, seal all food and empty trash cans outside by 6pm. (that is removing their food source).
Then fumigate the kitchen.

Also close windows by 6pm.

There's this powder in green sachet. You pour it on the floor where the cockroaches will eat it. It is like N250. Buy 4. Use one a week. It will clear the entire house. Also make sure there is no hole through which they get in easily.

Madam if you are not too superstitious, just get a cat and the coachroaches in your house will go extinct in less than a week. Coachroaches is thier favorite snacks while rat is the main meal.

You can allow them to roam into your kitchen anytime, no problem. One good thing about cat is that they are very neat and respect themselves. They will never touch a food that isn't meant for them, even if it's uncovered.

Op, I had similar issue and someone recommended this Greenleaf powder to me. The powder doesn't just kill and chase them, it also kills any egg that the cockroaches have laid in any corner of the house, thereby preventing a new set of cockroaches to come up.. The powder doesn't have any foul smell, so you could sprinkle them round and still comfortably stay in the house.

Guess what? It's been 4 months since I sprinkled just a single sachet of the Greeleaf powder, and i still havent seen a single cockroach strolling in my kitchen and bathroom..

Start by removing everything or anything they can eat away from their reach, they are there to eat

Pure sniper into your kitchen sink, waste chamber and , that’s where they usually reproduce, you are to break their lifecycles and then fumigate the entire place

Keep everywhere clean and stop watching rice, food elements down the drainage , pack and trash them properly

The insecticide would work only if you are very neat and clean.

One grain of cooked rice might look so small to you, but to cockroaches its not.

When you don't leave food waste for them to feed on.

They'll leave.

The insecticide you bought will kill them, but new eggs will hatch, the new ones won't have the older ones to contend with for food and space which will make their survival smoother and easier.

Keep your kitchen clean ... you must be a forty guy.

Buy green leaf powder. Its about 150#, buy like 2 or 3 pour all over your house. Then come back to buy me beer to thank. It kills those small small ones when be like devil like magic.

You need to determine the source first. One time we had such issue in my compound was puzzled because everywhere is always neat and I've taken time to clean up everywhere and fumigate yet it persists , till I found that the source was the soakaway in the compound , the cockroahes comes out through the WC, I went bought enough insectides and flush it down through some of the toilets and that was the end.

I can attest to this.

Greenleaf is all you need, if you can get original from insecticide vendor or check Jumia to get it. Just buy and spray in every nook and cranny of your rooms and kitchen in the next one year you will never get to see any single one of them.

Take a bucket or a bowl, fill that bucket or bowl with drinks, sugary things, let the things you pour reach a certain level.

Then you rub vaseline on the openings of the bowl / bucket, let the vaseline be on the parts the juice didn't reach.

Leave it in your kitchen.

The cockroach will jump in to taste the juice but because of the vaseline and slippery bowl / bucket they will not be able to get out, they will drown in the juice.

You can filter out the cockroach and repeat, no need to dispose of the juice.

Go and look for ‘Leaf Green’ and pour it around inside your kitchen they will all die. You will see it in the supermarket. Don’t let them give you another product, make sure you get the leaf green. Is in powdering form
