I have always wondered why there is no economic policy on textile industry and agriculture industries to boost local consumption and thereby create mass employment for people. It is a low-hanging fruit for Nigeria with a population of about 250 million people. Just imagine a situation where Nigeria produces the clothes we wear everyday and the food we consume everyday, that would have created jobs in there millions. |
