⚡ In the 1960s, the U.S. devised a secret plan to conceal nuclear missiles beneath Greenland’s ice sheet. The project aimed to construct a vast 2,500-mile tunnel network. However, it was abandoned due to the instability of the ice.

HurricaneLanter:They may declare neutrality but secretly supply weapons and troops. Or use their territory for passage of troops and equipment. Russia should not spare anyone. They're all the same thing and they all hate Russia. I believe by now Russia should have enough firepower to cover every inch of Europe. |

dermmy:One thing about you guys is that you agure about things you have no idea on, do you even know how an ICBM works?? An ICBM is an heavy-duty projectile it has stages like a normal civilian rocket lunch. That's why it use for long range strikes. Firstly the first booster lifts the rockets from the ground. That is what you just watched, an ICBM can have up to three booster stages, as it progress to its targets it starts to discarded (or ejected) its boosters after it burns outs. An ICBM will enter space and eject is last booster. It is when the ICBM re enters the earth that its speed becomes mach 23. This is the stage where the ICBM achieves its greatest speeds due to lack of air resistance in space. Stop letting WriterNG think for you, dude is a propaganda merchant, think for yourself and research about stuffs. |

dermmy:It looked like there was a portal opened in another realm and the missiles teleported from that realm to Ukraine. The entire world was marveled, even the proudest US military analysts admitted there's nothing like that in existence. But i wasn't surprised. I've been following Russia's missile development for some time and I know what they're capable of. |

⚡War fatigue is growing in Israel, the death toll is rising and the scale of the fighting is expanding. A growing number of Israeli army reservists are evading service, putting additional strain on the already overstretched IDF as the war continues to escalate. An IDF spokesman said the number of conscripts into the army has fallen by about 15% since October 2023. Israel is now embroiled in the longest conflict in its history. In the first months of the war; around 350,000 Israelis were drafted, a huge number for a country with a population of less than 10 million. The army plans to extend the mandatory military service and raise the maximum age for reservists to avoid a manpower shortage - Washington Post |

WrriterNg:Olodo the US or NATO countries do not have intermediate range ballistic missiles. Why waste time developing short range ballistic missiles, when the US subs, and long range ICBMs can turn Russia to dust?? Who has more Nobel prices?? Who has more inventions?? Who has more patents?? Who has more indigenous companies in Nasdaq-100 Who as the highest numbers of big companies by market cap? by revenue? Comparing the US to Russia, is like Comparing the Nigeria national ruby team "the Black Stallions" to the The New Zealand national rugby union team,"All Blacks" just because they all have "blacks" as there nicknames. Super power pass super power. |

It is imperative that we address this weapon by its proper designation. Contrary to Western narratives, the weapon known as "Hazel" or "Oreshnik" is an advance intermediate-range ballistic missile (IRBM) equipped with multiple re-entry vehicles (MRVs), not an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM). Let’s clarify the distinction between these two types of missiles. A typical ICBM follows a well-defined flight path, consisting of three phases: First is the boost phase: This initial stage lasts several minutes, with the missile reaching altitudes of approximately 150–400 km at speeds between 4–7.8 km/s, depending on its technological sophistication. At this point, the missile exits the troposphere (where commercial aircraft fly) and stratosphere (where fighter jets and balloons operate), passes through the ozone layer, and enters the mesosphere, approaching the thermosphere (where low Earth orbit satellites are situated). The second phases is the midcourse phase: In this phase, the missile accelerates further, reaching altitudes of about 1,200 km and traveling through the exosphere into outer space. And the last phase is the re-entry/terminal Phase: The missile then plummets back into Earth's atmosphere, passing through the mesosphere and descending rapidly. If equipped with MRVs, it assumes a new configuration to deploy them effectively. This phase sees the missile transitioning through the stratosphere and troposphere before striking its target. The key distinction I aim to highlight is that an ICBM’s trajectory involves exiting Earth's atmosphere (which will make it vulnerable to future space-based laser systems) and then re-entering it, and descending through various atmospheric layers toward its target. The uniqueness of Hazel lies in its operational parameters. Unlike an ICBM and known IRBM, this IRBM remains entirely within Earth's atmosphere throughout all flight phases. This design makes it practically invulnerable to interception by space-based laser systems, assuming such systems are operational at present. A video of the missile’s recent deployment by Russia against the ukrainian missile plant showcased this capability. The missile was seen moving through the Earth’s atmosphere during its boost and midcourse phase, surrounded by a plasma shield, a phenomenon akin to a meteor streaking across the sky. Typically, meteors become visible at altitudes of 120 km to 80 km as they burn up in the mesosphere due to friction, producing the glowing trails we see from the ground. In Hazel’s case, the missile’s apogee occurred in the lower thermosphere, and its re-entry phase happened within the mesosphere, where MRVs are separated just below the ozone layer a particularly dangerous altitude. It’s clear why those in pentagon are likely shitting on their pants. The most astonishing aspect of Hazel’s operation was its re-entry phase. As the MRVs detached and descended toward their respective targets, the scene resembled a cinematic depiction of celestial beings unleashing judgment upon the Earth. This is, without a doubt, alien technology. |

⚡A "Pro-Russian far-right candidate" who opposes NATO and aid to Ukraine has won the first round of Romania's presidential elections - Financial Times. ▪️Calin Georgescu is running as an independent candidate, but is affiliated with the nationalist Alliance for the Unification of Romanians (AUR) party. ▪️Georgescu has questioned Romania's membership in NATO, criticized the deployment of an anti-missile shield in Romania and aid to Ukraine. In 2020, he called Putin one of the few "real leaders" in the world who "loves his country." ▪️Georgescu received 23% of the vote and will go to the second round with Liberal leader Elena Lasconi (19.2%). The favourite of opinion polls, the current Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu, came in third place. ▪️The second round of elections will take place in 2 weeks.

obedience4:You people make too much noise. No one asked for unnecessary explanation. The fellow shared the video to prove the US has a missile that travels at Mach 23, only for the missile to be just another ballistic missile that's slower than a fully loaded Dangote cement truck. If you claim the missile can travel at Mach 23 at a specific period, then show us the video of the missile traveling at Mach 23 at that period. We all saw the Russian missile travel at Mach 10 if not more. You see it pass through the cloud and before you can even think of blinking, it's already on the ground. Meanwhile, our American Mach 23 missile here took the whole day to even leave the ground. |

obedience4:Please stop it. Both countries contribute equally to the growth and development of STEM(science, technology engineering and mathematics) You're thinking "childish" from the scientific community point of view. How could you write those? Jeez.. so members from the STEM community without Nobel prize, their contributions are insignificant?? People like una dey turn the prize to political appointment so How would you expect Russia to have more companies globally accepted when they're being sanctioned like hell and frustrated from international market?? Haven't you heard of the recent frustrated one - Kaspersky cybersecurity company? Even Europe doesn't even have that much without sanction Bro I don't stop you from comparing the US with Russia but please na God I take beg you carry your point comot STEAM(science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics). That community doesn't need toxicity and slow growth from politics Use politics and whatever for your comparison |
