Imagine someone calling himself the MD of a refinery that didn’t produce a pint of petrol in the last 20 years. The only thing that has been constant are salaries for idle people.

See the amount of money these people spent on expatriates to come fix our national company, meanwhile, we have engineering programs in our universities and no start up or established engineering companies to take on those projects. What kind of country is this?
Other countries fund their engineering programs and research to move their nation forward, here, everything is looted and becoming an engineer seems like a bad choice in the country. They should take a look at Russia where the strength of their academics is maths, science, physics and engineering and how strong they are.
When will we have good decision makers in this country whose interest wouldn't be wealth accumulation for self. Indeed, the youngsters need to rise to the situation in the nation and combat this weird system setup by our great grand fathers that allows them to live large on the nations scarce resources.

I can't still believe but if it's true the contractor for PH refinery should be sacked ASAP. If Kaduna starts operation by January and it's running smoothly those in charge of PH should be sacked immediately and probed.
