If I use my ATM card to make transaction on opay and get debited but it shows fail on opay does it mean the transaction will be successful. I bought a foodstuff from her husband, his wife was not around to confirm the transaction . Please what will I do I don't want to hurt them in this kind economy. |

Collect the vendor number,call until you confirm the transfer is successful That's the way out 😞😞 if not successful, you check if the money reversed,if yes, you redo the transfer |

Honestly people like you are not much in this country.... Just try as much as possible to get in touch with them so as to confirm if they got the money ....if not you can then make another transfer to them .. God bless you. |
