the truth of the matter is that most people with common sense [ or maybe properly exposed ] already know without being told what the expected dress code is. the way you will know instinctively this is not acceptable clothing to wear at work or to a business meeting - you will also know this establishment is not a place for everything hanging out all all exposed. this is not an establishment where you go and have a quickie in the toilet.

then again - maybe i am wrong sha. i remember being in a bank on a weekend and the manager was wearing a semi transparent black dress dress. you could see her undies and bra [also black]. i actually mistook the woman as a cleaner who had come in straight from the club to work because i could not fathom how a senior personnel would dress up like that to work, even on a weekend.
