Nigerians are expecting price reduction of the product, why the increase when we refine and still produce the crude oil? NNPC officials are yet to tell Nigerians the kind of politics going on there. |

Refinery belongs to the Nigeria state, the crude oil also belongs to the Nigeria state. So i see no reason why a litre of fuel should be sold for more than N200. We just have evil leaders, and later, one idiot and foolish woman working in TVC would criticize Davido for saying the truth. |

We now know the source of our problem. From reading this an average and uneducated Nigerian will understand that NNPC is our major headache in the oil sector. What is stopping the govt from scrapping this NNPCL corrupt company? I guess they are benefiting from it. Since corruption has deepen the govt of the day. I think the best solution is to sell it out to private firms but the problem is that it’s still these govt people that will bid for it and still buy it. Nigeria is in a serious mess! |

Lol. Nigerians are the most unreasonable people on earth. A company just started functioning and you're expecting competitive pricing already. It's expectations like this that made the refinery comatose in the first instance. If it was a private refinery, will they be saying the same. At least let the refinery stabilize first before you start expecting a more competitive pricing. Or they should make losses because it's the government? We really need to stop dishing out what we can't take. You can't keep bullying the government to submission because you have access to the media and you know people already have their doubts about the government. |
