Ikenga said that the police had launched a joint security forces offensive operation for possible rescue of the abductees and arrest of the abductors.

The Anambra State Police Command has confirmed a gunmen attack and abduction of three persons at the motorcycle showroom of the popular Nigerian vehicle producer, Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing in Nnewi, Anambra State.

The Public Relations Officer of the Command, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, who made this known in a statement issued in Awka, the state capital, said that the incident occurred at the company’s showroom located along Owerri Road, Nnewi at 6:45 pm on Tuesday.

Ikenga said that the police had launched a joint security forces offensive operation for possible rescue of the abductees and arrest of the abductors.

He said, “The Police Command is determined and is already working with information obtained from the scene for the ongoing rescue operations.

“The Command also urges residents or anyone with useful information that will aid the investigation to come forward to the Command headquarters, Awka, or the nearest police station."

Umu Igbo, you must understand the evil game these your so-called fellow Nigerians are playing on you people.

First, they tell you go and develop and stay in your region. While they are telling you that, they go behind your back killing people and destroying businesses in SE to scare you from investing and living in SE. They know by doing this, you will have no option but to run away from SE, leaving your region undeveloped. Their target now is big businesses in SE like Innoson, to force them to shut down and relocate outside SE. Gov. Otti and Soludu, have said repeatedly these perpetrators are sponsored by outsiders and nothing to do with IPOB, ESN and Biafra.

What these idiots don't know is Igbo people reason a certain way and can tell when certain crime is committed by outsiders. No rational Igbo man will go and destroy another man's business, like they just did to Innoson. It's not in Igbo people 's DNA to do that.

Umu Igbo, shine your eyes! Pay attention to the replies above, below and those quoting me: they will be saying "Igbos why are you killing yourselves, why are you destroying your land, why are you blaming others, they will be mentioning IPOB, ESN and Biafra. Some will even be suggesting for Innoson to move out of SE. These people are mostly Afonjass (umu ekwensu) under DSS payroll. This is what we call psychological warfare in the military, inflicting evil on Igbos while gaslighting them at the same time to believe they are the cause of their problem.

Of course, it is some criminal elements who have leveraged on Biafra's agitation to create a criminal enterprise. In the history of humans, we can what is happening, unintended consequences. Anytime an agitation takes on violent rhetoric (both Nnamdi Kanu and Simon Ekpa responded that way), criminals almost always create an enterprise from it. And it makes sense as they are using their people's anger to first attack the 'enemies', 'traitors amongst them' and finally any other person to keep the venture going.

I warned about such elements 9 years ago but the bitterness against Buhari was stronger than the voice of reasoning. That's why Yoruba's don't ever support such movements; we remember 'wetie' (1964 - 1967) and OPC (1996 - 1999). Evil people usually create a venture from the people's anger.

Igbo land is gradually imploding... Meanwhile their indigenes litter social media with hate and tribalistic comments instead of addressing the menace they bred in their region.

From MASSOB to IPOB, IPOB birthed ESN, ESN led to UGM (Unknown Gunmen)... Now they can't even go to work on Mondays, otherwise they get beaten or even killed. 👹
