If I secure ₦10 million, I have an existing two-building structure that requires renovation and repartitioning. This is a tangible investment that allows the investor to monitor progress physically. The estimated construction timeline is six months (with a possible variation of +/-).

Here’s the proposed repayment structure:

• Year 1: The investor receives 70% of their principal back.
• Year 2: The remaining 30% of the principal is repaid, along with a 20% interest.
• Years 3, 4, and 5: The investor earns an additional 20% interest annually.

This structure ensures your funds are not tied down beyond the first year, while still offering attractive returns over the investment period.


That 10million is all I need right now .

Why should anyone wait for 10% per annum from you when they can get as high as 18-26% from govt Treasury bills or some bank fixed deposit...??
