Most likely atopic dermatitis aka eczema. A closer look and it might have been caused by an irritant, very likely a body cream. You might want to stop the body lotion or soap you using at the moment. A short course topical treatment with a triple action cream might offer some relief. Other creams like aquasulf, miconazole and ketoconazole should also do plenty of good |
