BlueRayDick:Alesa and Alode (both Eleme) youths be doing too much. That refinery is more in Okrika than Eleme. These niggas no get work except to be monitoring refinery and putting their name on everything. Okrika youths are busy rather than doing monitoring spirit like the Elemes

Ibime:that is partly what i was trying to say. we know the game nnpc is playing - a dog and pony show for tinubu who has likely told kyari deliver by date or resign. this is a low tier stakeholder ratting nnpc out for clout. i am not in any way impressed with NNPC but i have been there - in a delayed project where everyone tries to put on a show for management to show that project has moved or is close to completion or is running pre startup operations. then one security nigga will go and start running his mouth because he has no filter and wants to feel important. anyone who has an actual stake in the refinery coming on stream and getting work/employment after years of doing nothing will shut up and hope they work through their issues. |

monerozi5590:Forget Social Media bravado, a lot of men are doing it behind the scenes |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 7:50am On Nov 30, 2024 |
Ibime:Well whatever their motivation is, one thing is obvious ; they weren't wrong blowing the whistle on NNPC's shiiit show. An independent media outfit has confirmed that the whole razzmatazz by NNPC was just a smokescreen to cover yet another failure on their part. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 7:55am On Nov 30, 2024 |
GloriousGbola:Baba forget that thing. Buhari appropriated $1.5 billion of our common wealth to revitalize the ailing PH refinery. As at the last time of counting, the NNPC has failed to deliver on 8 different deadlines they communicated to the public by themselves unprovoked. We should not be criticizing individuals who call them out for the shiit show they organized to deceive the whole Nigerians ( including the ruling party, opposition, neutrals, optimists and pessimists). Except of course we like to be deceived. |

KingTom:Men claim tough on social media but weak off it. Social media na serious cruise. Chai. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by GloriousGbola: 8:05am On Nov 30, 2024 |
BlueRayDick:the individual talking is not saying anything we do not already know the very first question is where will NNPC even source the crude seeing as they have obligation and they have dangote ordering from them he is just clout chasing because he did not have to appear on camera. they could just have quoted unnamed sources in the community. let the press report the eff up, let unnamed insiders report - but a stakeholder who as a naija matter was collecting deve and blocking road when materials came into site and was insisting on his cut and insisting that youths be give slots they would not use? that is a punk move. this is the kind of person you would not touch with a long pole in your own business operations. someone who wants to play on all sides of the fence. |

BlueRayDick:No I believe the youths This is more of a tribal issue as to why Eleme youths always feel the need to comment and be seen as the host community on a refinery that straddles both our communities. The reality is that my great great grandfather and his son after him owned or had agency over most of those lands which were forrested back in their time. He was the main warlord and strongest man in Okrika as well as King regent in the absence of the King who the British kidnapped. Eleme dare not put their name on forested land bordering him when he was running things. |

monerozi5590:I did not say a Cheat is not a cheat. It disgusted you that a married man would forgive a cheating wife I have asked if a married woman should forgive a cheating husband. It is a Yes or No question, but I already know you won't answer. |

| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Nobody: 9:20am On Nov 30, 2024 |
izzou:everyone will do what's best for him/her.. If a woman thinks 💭 it's in her best interest to divorce a cheating man, let her go on.. that's if she has the resources and will to move on ahead ahead.. For western countries, women dey divorce their cheating husbands like plague because they have almost everything going on for them financially and otherwise.. Same can't be said here in Nigeria or Africa where women are majorly dependants on their husbands and boyfriends.. So at the end of the day, everyone has a decision to make |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 9:28am On Nov 30, 2024 |
seankafor:Thank you. Na why I dey find am funny when someone comes online and assumes that "No man should forgive a cheating wife" , or vice versa. A lot of things, including how relationships are formed and what has been sacrificed, shapes our decision. |

@ibime - with all this paddy paddy we are doing with france - is it possible for nigeria to also adopt CFA franc as currency and what would be the implications? |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Ibime(m): 11:09am On Nov 30, 2024 |
GloriousGbola:CFA adoption is the only way out of this quagmire. Make dem beg France well. Yes it's possible. Non French colonies have adopted CFA like Guinea Bissau and Equitorial Guinea |

| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Kimbeast: 11:45am On Nov 30, 2024 |
iamoyindamola:French is a sweet language. Nothing stops Nigeria from adopting French and English. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by monerozi5590: 12:09pm On Nov 30, 2024 |
Kimbeast:French is our second official language but it hasn't been implemented. French is in both primary and secondary school curriculum in Nigeria. French is taught in most primary or secondary school in Nigeria. |
