Happy Sunday All,

What does the bible passage mean: Judge not lest ye be judged. (Mathew 7:1)

I had this conversation with a woman of God who said: it means judge yourself before you expect judgement from others.

But I just don't know what it all means.

Some may say: Don't judge others, so you won't be judged.

No one can explain this.

If a thief should judge a thief, how would the judgment be?

If he judges the thief, rightly, doth he not condemn himself?

if he judges pervertly doth he not sin also and still condemn himself even more?

And this commandment is for sinners as you can see Jesus was speaking to sinners.

But for the righteous, this is The Commandment.

1. Ephesians 5:11-12 Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them. It is shameful even to mention what the disobedient do in secret.

2 John 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

Only devils and sinners say "judge not" becauseI they don't want to be condemned the exactly how oloshos do not want anybody telling them that they are oloshos.

More importantly, are you of the bloodline of Jacob? I ask because Jesus Christ of Israel made it abundantly clear in His Gospel that He was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel. i.e. the bloodline of Jacob. So, it would make no sense for you to bother yourself with his teachings if you are not of the bloodline in question.
