I have long come to the conclusion that it's not about the money for a lot of drivers, it's the "rep" that's eating them. The perception that they're "ordinary Uber drivers". That's where I think the issue is otherwise why are we always arguing about numbers? Numbers don't lie.
Na inferiority complex and low self esteem don give them chokehold
Ave said it severally bro. Na complex madt complex wey dey so so inferior cause if not y all these rubbish talk. Man dey pay bills dey liquid person dey speak plenty English. That nigga wey say make person hug band A transformer grin grin. No be just transformer ooo but band A one ......so d shockment and painment no go end as e dey be for here..

Could be true. The high earners are concentrated in just a few states.

What work are you going to do in a place like Makurdi, Gombe or Abeokuta to demand 150k+ a month?

And these are state capitals.
The disparity is huge bro, that's 9 out of every 10

What Car brand? 50/50?
youngmydee:
I’m looking for an investor to partner with me on acquiring a car (1.0L–1.4L engine) for e-hailing. The car is between ₦3M–₦4M, and I have ₦1.5M.

I’m aware many investors have been discouraged by unfulfilled promises and issues with drivers, but I propose a clear, documented agreement to ensure transparency and timely repayment. My repayment plan is 6–8 months, and I’m open to negotiating the interest rate.

If you’re interested, let’s discuss how we can make this a mutually beneficial partnership.

Feels more like ambiguous statements and nothing real. If you earn 90% and they took 10%, then you were the one that earned most of the payment. Let just see if there’s any difference.

Probably for many years now cheerful has indicated (with strong evidence) that he does a million a month.

Why would he be on rentals? Something's not adding up.

Generally though, the problem with fast money is that without discipline, it goes fast also
.

The greater challenge with the business is that you have little control over how it goes. You don't control the price of petrol, the price of cars, the cost of servicing, government regulations, fares offered. It makes the driver very dependent on the factors outside his control. While drivers are often very industrous, the inability to control many factors in the business makes it a bit challenging to plan long term and leverage the business to do other things.

An office person, though may earn less has more control over how things go and has a large pool of employers he can switch to to hedge his risks. The presence of some sort of control, gives the office person better leverage to plan long term and more easily make moves.
This is massive grin
Something is always not adding up with Ehailing... grin a millionaire on rental for 5years and still counting.
Abeg Abeg no set me up for dragging... i don laugh taya grin
Fast money goes fast I don’t understand... na scam

I'm not a fan of cheerful but rentals is the best way to make money in this biz.

Cheerful has hacked something:

1. 3 plug car with very low fuel consumption
2. Repairs are on the company
3. Cheerful on fuels and hustle hard.

I hope you understand now.

I did this babe dirty this morning
I accepted her ride on indrive, While waiting 8mins for her to come out, I decided to open my bolt app. Na so I hit surge for magodo enter ikeja. Close to my place of work.

I canceled her ride asap.
The moment I left she came out, called me thrice, I didn't pick, she dropped me a message and I responded.

All the best to her.

Except she has cancelled on you in the past, this does not make any sense.

You were wrong and should have apologised.

Okay
That's bygone but I'm still not sorry

I have driven 5mins before within surulere to pick a lady, she canceled the moment I arriv3d at her place.

The luck she had was that it was online call I couldnt reach out to her again. I'm still hurt and will do that again if I get a better ride while they delaying to come out in time.

If it was bolt, I know I will get paid for being delayed but why will you order on indrive and keep me waiting for almost 10mins. Like I'm her personal driver.
