The building has a basement flat. 1 flat will be sub level with a decking which will be on the same level as the foundation of the other side. This was caused by the nature of the land which is very sloped.

Mehn the intelligence and skill for this kind sloppy terrain project no be here

We are back to building this house again, the last decking of this house has started..............

Building materials are so costly now, the decking is above N13m

It's very costly to build now, but I advice people that have spare cash to still build, it could get more costly to build in the future, by that time people will be saying that those who built in 2024 are lucky.

12mm as at today in the market is an average of N9,000. Standard gauge.

We return to Onitsha again !!!

We have come back to build a new block of 9 flats of 3 bedrooms (8 flats plus a basement flat) in the commercial city if Onitsha, Anambra state. Details of the project;

I have a plot (of about 820 SQM) at Agu-Abor, inside that river valley, before Ugwu Onyeama. The entrance to the plot is very inclined as it descends towards the river, but the bottom remaining 75% is flat land.

I've been thinking of what to build there in the future, possibly a twin duplex for sale as I don't have the strength to rent, but the steep slope is giving me cause for concern.

If you have the chance, could I send you pics and video to know your thoughts on what I can do there please?
