This was not the first time, in fact there was an incident with one of this transport companies everyone was kidnap in the bus. only the driver was told to go back and the company refused anyone to interview the driver isn't that suspicious

I condemn these heinous acts of terrorism against Nigerians and I call on the government (including relevant authorities) to start living up to their responsibilities. and what if he had been killed, what would you have said? If you sight kidnappers, just try and make a u-turn and see if they'd not open fire. But if you cooperate with them, they'd not hurt you as a driver.

I have once been a victim in that same road. As a dangote cement corper 2017.

It's the kogi state government I'll blame. This kidnapping activities has been going on in years in that same road but the state government has never done nothing about it

I have been a robbery victim in that same road in broad daylight when I was a serving corper in dangote cement plant in 2017. This are fulani men normally disguise with army uniform.

It's kogi state government I'll blame. Because this activity has been going on in years back. It started when Buhari came to power.

I hope they don't have a reputation for helping to pay ransom on behalf of kidnapped passengers. That would make their buses a target.

Or maybe there is a perception among the criminals that their passengers are comparatively 'well off'. This could also make them a target.

It's not difficult to imagine that it is because they have more situational awareness and 'experience' (first or second hand) about what to do in this unfortunate situation than the average passenger does. And greater mobility too, since they can more easily open their doors and take flight before passengers locked in the passenger compartment begjn to fiddle with the slider door amidst all the chaos and desperation.

The kidnap happend close to the Dangote' cement factory in Obajana. How is that possible considering the road is a very busy one?
