I think the people who generated these tax bills are geniuses.
Within a year or two,Nigeria will be a real success.

That is not true. The oil companies does their PAYE Tax from Lagos where their office is. The actual exploration and production activities takes place in the Niger Delta. Lagos takes all the PAYE tax of the IOC

I work as an operations manager of a company Anambra State, my taxes are remitted to Lagos state government because, our company HQ is in Lagos, this is not right at all, my taxes should be paid to Anambra State government, cuz na dem dey provide the basic amenities i dey enjoy.

Yes, they pay their tax in Lagos because they have their office there, when actual production is taking place in Niger Delta. This is a big scam Lagos people don't want to talk about.

Tax is not the way you explained it, companies pay company income tax which goes to federal government, and staff tax is paid to states, if the oil company staff are in Bayelsa, Bayelsa state government will collect the tax and those staff in Lagos will pay to Lagos state.
