That's a good sign good news is on the way. I only saw some changes on my Gckey tracker. Before now my eligibility was saying not applicable but now showing in progress.

- IRCC Request Letter reminding us to complete Biometrics and Medical within 30 days, Nov 27, 2024.
- Medical examination done (I booked in advance even before the request came in) Nov 28, 2024
- Biometrics completed Nov 29, 2024
- Responded to IRCC’s request letter via Webform to show evidence of Biometrics and Medical completion, Nov 29, 2024
- Medical Passed, Dec 03, 2024

The whole process was just about 2 months.

- I submitted more than enough proof for everything
- Evidence of chats and video calls with partner spanning over 3 years
- PRAYER. LOTS OF PRAYER!

Our application also never went to Accra. It was processed in Australia and Canada.

it took 10 working days between the process of submission and return.

DHL drop off in Lagos - 24 November

DHL delivered to VFS Nairobi- 27 November

VFS Nairobi delivered to IRCC for processing - 29 November

Counterfoil generated on GCkey account - 29 November

Passport arrived back at VFS Nairobi and ready for pick up - 30 November

DHL picked up at VFS for return - 1st Dec

DHL returned passport back to VFS Nairobi due to error in waybill number - 4th Dec

DHL pickup again after I contacted VFS and DHL to ask why I couldn’t track my shipment, it was a lot of back and forth sha at the end, i was asked to resend my return waybill paper - 5th Dec

Passport shipped: 5th Dec

Passport delivered and received - 7th Dec

I would like to commend the help of Nairobi VFS and DHL customer service reps for ensuring the issue was resolved with 3hours.they definitely have one of the best customer service team.

Also, if you have the plans to send to nairobi, ensure your return waybill is stapled and if possible attach two copies for them lol.

Hi all, my wife just got her passport request. Can someone guide me on how to submit passport to Nairobi please? Location is Umuahia

Seeing comments on the silence, let me give some motivation. Submitted my application October 27th, Medicals done upfront. AOR 27th November, BIL received same period and biometrics done on the 4th. Background check from then till today.
Passport request just came in.

Had a cheeky application for OWP submitted 1st week of December and refused last week. Wasn’t keen on putting in a visit visa application.
